Water For Your Skin. Face Creams. Crème Visage.

It’s recommended to drink 8 cups of water a day to stay hydrated. More if you exercise. 

When I’m dehydrated, I start to feel tired and run down. When I’m dehydrated, my skin feels tight and dry. Fine lines start to show. 

Moisturizers are like water for your skin. When you apply a moisturizer it makes your skin instantly look and feel healthier with a natural glow. Moisturizers are great because they create a natural barrier on the skin’s surface to protect skin from outside aggressors and keep the natural moisture in. Moisturizers provide different types of benefits: all purpose hydration, anti-aging, and added SPF. I tend to usually use an all-purpose one in the winter and an SPF in the summer.

I've tried both these creams and find that they hydrate well, but don't offer any other benefit for my skin.

Nuxe Creme Fraiche de Beaute (I have always loved the name of this cream)
